Toronto Beer Run to The Beer Academy

Toronto Beer Run (#RunTOBeer)

Tuesday, September 9th, we’re running to the heart of the city! More specifically, we’re running 5km to The Beer Academy located at 75 Victoria St just south of Yonge & Queen.

Our trek will take us from Brass Tap’s on the Danforth (Danforth & Logan)  alongside Riverdale Park East and eventually down to Queen St. where we’ll brave the sidewalk crowds before reaching our final destination – The Beer Academy!

Full disclosure: The Beer Academy is run by Six Pints Specialty Brewing Co., Molson’s craft beer wing. Don’t judge brewpub by it’s owner though, The Beer Academy has been consistently brewing and serving tasty craft beers by it’s brewer Stephen Rich (@DefinitionAle) including their recently launch saison. Rumour has it they’ve also been brewing up an Aussie IPA for Toronto Beer Week!

As always, we’re travelling (just over) 5km to our destination, at a not-too-serious pace.

DATE: Tuesday, September 9, 2014
TIME: 6:00 p.m.
START: Brass Taps (Danforth & Logan)
END: The Beer Academy (75 Victoria St.)
COST: Just your own beer at the end of the run (although a couple flattering tweets for @BrewScout and @WeWriteBeer are always be appreciated).

Please note: There are no support vehicles or mules, so please only being your essentials (keys, ID, money for consumables and post-drink transportation)
